90-Day Advisor

Board Advisor

For companies that need ongoing AI oversight at board or executive committee level. I attend board meetings as an independent AI advisor, support the CEO on AI governance, and ensure your AI roadmap keeps pace with policy and market changes in APAC.

  • A build specification if building in-house
  • A risk register with named mitigation owners
  • A working session with your senior team to lock the outcome metric and timeline

WEEKS 5–10

Build and deploy

  • Weekly working session with you and the implementation lead
  • Direct escalation channel for blockers between sessions
  • Mid-engagement milestone review at week 7
  • Written sign-off at each milestone gate

WEEKS 11–12

Ship and document
